As part of BART’s Maintenance Program, Robin Chiang & Company conducted comprehensive surveys of several Bay Area stations—including Daly City, 24th & Mission, Civic Center, Powell, Montgomery, Ashby, and MacArthur. The firm collaborated with engineers to assess and document needed improvements related to accessibility, security, lighting, and signage. These efforts supported BART’s broader goal of modernizing aging infrastructure while enhancing safety, clarity, and comfort for daily riders throughout the system.
