80 condominiums on 11 floors (including 12 BMR units) rise above the garden terrace on the commercial podium of this San Francisco Redevelopment Agency project. The project includes 40,000 square feet of commercial / entertainment space at street level (featuring Yoshi’s San Francisco Jazz Club) over a 112-car subterranean parking garage. Joe Anglim of Robin Chiang & Company represented LDA Architects (the project’s Executive Architect) during design coordination of the commercial shell and residential tower, and performed Construction Administration through completion of the project in 2008.
