Robin Chiang & Company (RCC) was Planner for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)’s study of a new extension to carry BART service from Civic Center to Ocean Beach in San Francisco. The project involved planning and mapping out the best potential routes and illustrating street level station entrances at several locations along the routes.
